We do ship internationally, however due to current restrictions imposed by customs and courier limitations we are only able to ship to Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand at the moment. We're doing everything we can to increase international shipping options. So do keep an eye on our Instagram account for updates.
Should there be any additional customs fees, taxes, or other charges be imposed, it will be borne by the customers. For more information, you may check with your local customs office.
For international orders, we are currently collaborating with GDEX and DHL Express Worldwide to ensure your order reaches your doorstep safely and as soon as possible. Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight.

As we are still exploring and expanding our international shipping options, we are currently unable to provide free international shipping. We will keep you updated should there be any changes on this.
If there are any issues with your orders, please get in touch with us via Instagram DM or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For international orders, if it is required, we may refund your order via store credit, however please note that we will not be able to reimburse the shipping cost.
Should there be any problems with your order (not what you expected, not received, etc) please let us know as soon as possible with your order number (email@example.com). Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will try our best to resolve any issues that might occur.
Same Day Delivery Terms & Conditions:
No minimum order or purchase needed for local delivery.
For orders purchase of RM300 and above, will be entitled to FREE Local Delivery (within the covered delivery area only)
Orders should be received within 2 hours after placing the order if it is made before 7PM. Orders made after 7PM will be arranged to be delivered on the next day before 12PM.
The delivery fees are fixed based on the area postcodes, it will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery is only available for selected areas in Kuala Lumpur within 20KM distance from Root Remedies Experience Store.
The customer may not choose the third party delivery service, it will be arranged by us based on availability. Our main delivery partner of choice will be Lalamove.
The order will be arranged for a delivery within an hour upon receiving the order confirmation. The customer should receive their order within 2 hours of placing the orders provided it is within the operation timing.
If we are unable to arrange the order for express local delivery due to certain reasons (e.g distance exceeding 20 KM, no riders available, weather etc) OR if we are expecting slight delay - the customer will be notified immediately via call or text messages.
Orders that experience a slight delay will be arranged for delivery again at a later time or next day. Do note, we will try our best to arrange for delivery by making 3 attempts within 2 days. If the issue persists and no response is received - we will proceed with a normal delivery.
For orders that we are unable to arrange for express delivery due to unavoidable reasons, we will proceed with normal delivery through courier. The extra delivery charges (if there is any) will be refunded via store credit to the customer’s Root Remedies account.
