Refunds
- Kindly note that once payment has been made, cancellation and exchanging of items are not possible.
- We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.
- For damaged or defective products, kindly send photos as proof and we will send a replacement for the affected products OR we may issue a refund in the form of store credit, which includes the full price paid for the item and shipping fee, if applicable (only for Malaysia and Singapore orders).
- Please note that you must lodge the report within 48 hours of receiving your items, but returns can only be processed and shipped out during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Safety
- Our products are made from all natural ingredients, we only use minimal synthetic ingredients when absolutely necessary and in minimal amounts.
- We do not test our products on animals.
- Natural ingredients contain a broad spectrum of naturally occurring compounds that could trigger allergies. We are not responsible for any irritation or harm caused by our products. Please ensure that the ingredients are safe for you before using. Should any itchiness or pain occur, STOP using the product immediately and seek medical attention.
Quality
- Small variations from batch to batch (colour, scent) are common in our products as they are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients.
- Each batch is tested and quality is ensured before the products are sold.
